Role boundaries

  • HQ admins can view every country and publish approved pages.
  • Country admins can only view leads and drafts for their country.
  • Local teams can edit structured fields, not free-form medical claims.
  • Compliance text requires HQ review before public release.

Lead routing

  • Domain and form country assign the lead to a market.
  • Referral source tracking is attribution only, not automated medical referral payment.
  • Urgent medical messages are flagged for non-emergency disclaimer follow-up.
  • Health-data consent must be captured before records are collected.
  • Every status change keeps owner, timestamp, and note history.
